Next release for the QIM platform. The goal of this release is to increase usability by having features that could actually pbe included into people's workflows.

The main required points of this release are:

• Internet access
• File explorer
• Notebook launcher

Minor points, but still necessary:

• Change registration and login systems to use email instead of username

Extras that might be also added to this release:

• Data exploration tool (the MaxIV logbook tool)
