Depends on #168.
Admin->Menu would have a form and a Save and Update button. Syntax for the menu could eg be:

Info | Time_table.adoc
Info | Teachers.adoc
Info | Links.adoc
eNoter | eNotes/
Podcasts | Podcast A | http://podcast.llab.dtu.dk/feeds/01005a-forelaesninger-e18f19/?tx_enotepodcast_pi1[data]=true

This would be a main menu where Info
is a drop down with 3 items, eNoter
is a special case just like now, Podcasts
is drop down with two items called Podcast A
and Normal link
.
Clicking Update would parse and compile the eNotes and Podcast links.
