Admin->Menu tab

Depends on #168.

Admin->Menu would have a form and a Save and Update button. Syntax for the menu could eg be:

eNoter    | eNotes/
Podcasts  | Podcast A                | http://podcast.llab.dtu.dk/feeds/01005a-forelaesninger-e18f19/?tx_enotepodcast_pi1[data]=true

Links     | Name of link             | https://google.com
Links     | Name of link 2           | https://youtube.com
Quiz      | https://quiz.example.com

This would be a main menu where Info is a drop down with 3 items, eNoter is a special case just like now, Podcasts is drop down with two items called Podcast A and Normal link.

Clicking Update would parse and compile the eNotes and Podcast links.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
