Modal process boxes should only appear for long operations

Right now modals appear when an operation can take a long time. If the operation completes with success, then it closes.

Revoking a page lock is very quick, and the user gets a very short peek at the modal before it goes away, which gives the user the feeling something wend wrong.

Would it be possible to only have these modals for operations that we know takes a long time?
