Editor that can render our custom extensions?

In dtu-enote#85 are there listed a few editors. In order to know what to do about the quiz's use of Github as editor, we first need to know the following:

Can one of the editors from render our custom quiz and website extensions 100% without much effort and hacky solutions?

We can change the syntax of our extensions, if that solves anything.
