git clone instead of File Manager

Right now in the File Manager are files uploaded in a flat structure.

This should be replaced with an "Update" button which git pull's a private Github repo. This will allow for a tree structure and the professors to use git also here.

When Update have been clicked a list of all files in the repo are listed where right clicking on a file allows for the files URL to be copied.

Config should be just like /vol/config/quiz.yaml just called /vol/config/website.yaml instead.
