Docker links to depends_on and container_name

In docker-compose.

Let's keep the Docker links for 2016, and remove them for 2017 =)

Add depends_on: instead, so it is still clear which containers that depend on which. This may require combining some docker-compose files.

It would also be great to use container_name: so we get clean and predictable names such as website-01005.
