Notebook that use just qim3d library to perform a 2d segmentation pipeline which uses the annotation tool to create the masks and the Unet model to solve the segmentation problem.
I had to use also numpy and os as libraries just because I needed to create the dataset folder and extract random numbers to select the slices to use for the dataset
