Suggestion forStructure for homepage
The section homepage is being updated, and there are a few tasks for each research focus group related to the main page and the subpages. You have access to editing the webpage mockup on the DTU GitLab and here you can see the webpage mockup of the Visual Computing webpage on the publicly accessible Compute GitLab page.
Main page
Each focus area group should:
- Read the text for the section on the introduction page Visual Computing webpage and suggest changes
- Provide an image for the introduction page. The image format is 460 x 230 (2 columns), 700 x 350 (3 columns), and 940 x 470 eller 940 x 370 (full page) - all in width x height. If we have sufficient large images in 2 x 1 (witdth x height) it is fine.
Subpage
Each focus area group should provide content for subpage for that area. Initially the format was free, but we have agreed to strive at having the overall same structure. But this should not be strict. If there is some content that make sense to include or leave out for your area, then do that.
- Introduction to area. The purpose is to detail the research, such that collaborators, students, and funding agents can get an idea of our expertise and interest.
- Examples of research highlights and illustrations.
- Contact persons
- Link to student projects (can be link to DTU project database).
I have worked a little more with the subpage for 3D image analysis, where I have tried to follow this structure.

Research projects
- Research projects should be listed in Orbit (instructions on which and how will follow)
