RichFileManager

Since git is now gone from the website, we need a file manager. Our previous discussion is at dtu-enote#85

The quiz have file manager scheduled for P1, where the website for P0.

Since the website only used git for uploads, I suppose the website keeps its own editor for P0, where we in P1 need to figure out how to create a good workflow for the professors once github (editor) is removed from the quiz.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
